Carrier / Marshall Debate set for February 9, 2013
The UAH Non-Theists and Ratio Christi are co-sponsoring a debate on the proposition “Is the Christian Faith Reasonable?” with Dr. David Marshall for the affirmative and Dr. Richard Carrier for the negative. The debate will be held in the Chan Auditorium at the University of Alabama – Huntsville on Saturday, February 9, 2013, time to be announced. The event is free and open to the public.

VOLUNTEERS FOR DISASTER RELIEF ARE NEEDED - MADISON COUNTY
THIS IS A VOLUNTEER ALERT FOR THE HUNTSVILLE AREA.
Volunteers are needed today for supply distribution and debris removal. There is a backlog of debris removal missions and volunteers with chain saws or with hands that can move debris are urgently needed. Anyone 18 and up can join a crew. Report to the assembly point at the Huntsville 1st Baptist Christian Life Center across from the Main Library. Crews will be dispatched all day today, tomorrow and next week starting at 0900. This is a community effort. Nontheists are welcome and appreciated.

Christians and Atheists Debate Resurrection
Atheists and Christians will square off on Monday, April 4, at 7:00 PM, to debate the question "Did Jesus Rise From The Dead?" The debate will take place at Cedar Grove Baptist Church, 2021 Cedar Grove Road, in Leeds, Alabama.
